skill level ranges from grom level to dudes who are ams.

Im pretty grom. I just started skating again last july and I hadnt skated legitimately since 04., all you need to bring is yourself and your blades. and money. if you get a membership its like 60 bucks, then it only ost you 3 dollars on thursday nights , otherwise its like 8 bucks I think
