After watching Pirhaya (or whatever it's called)

I have been having these feelings for a while now, but not until watching that vid did they formulate into a clear idea. Here is my question;

Are bladers a bunch of losers that have found some loser hobby to become good at? or are they an extremely talented bunch just pissing away their potential with toys strapped to their feet?

One more thing, if you are not a top tier pro (farm, bailey, etc etc), you shouldn't waste such a big portion of your life making filler sections for them.

I bladed 3 times this weekend.

based off of your "name", I take nothing you say regarding rollerblading seriously. Just because you are a "self-loathing blader" doesn't mean other people feel your hatred towards it. I haven't seen the video yet, but I know those dudes and their love for rollerblading is infectious. Maybe you just need to surround yourself with more positive people. Then you wouldn't feel the need to shit on people that really don't care what other people think about them. end of rant.

why is it such a "loser hobby???" Had I done anything else I guarantee I wouldn't have been able to travel the country and parts of other countries. I've learned so much from so many people and so many regions. So really, I'm quite lucky!!! You just need to get out more.

If you put the effort you put into blading into virtually anything else you would be highly successful in that arena.

Now with the current blade demographic we have a bunch of bums marketing blade gear towards productive members of society and wonder why the sport is falling off.
