Eddie, don't do eet.
Classics with the new trusts would be such a solid setup.
soon.
I love kids. They're short, highly emotional people who don't know anything. They rely on their creativity and imagination to get by in the world. A world, I might add, filled with giants. Amazing feat.

I'm itching to buy the USDs, but I have to wait for a check coming mid-next week. If I wasn't picking up so much extra work lately, I couldn't justify the expense when I have 5 pairs of skates in my basement.
Girls just don't understand, even with the completely valid argument of "have you seen how many godamned pairs of shoes you have in the closet?"
Normally I'd just horde the cash until I need some new camera gear, but I'm all set for quite some time.

I have a pair of the new Trusts in some Classic Throne boots (all-white ones I posted in Circle Jerk) and that's a 8-9 boot with a 10 liner. I'm sure you could do the 10-10.5 boot with an 11 liner. It's great. Trust me. You might have to do that whole heating up the boot + tennis balls, but I haven't done that yet. I might just to get more room on the top of my foot, but I don't believe that it's necessary for me.
Nope, the soul plates totally turn me off from those things. How can I say that when I skate the Varsities?, you may ask, but those were free. I's surely skate free RBs, too, but I will not spend money on them. No way, Jose Canseco.
Like I said, I need to try things on if I'm downsizing a shell. I've been skating true-to-size K2s forever, downsizing is foreign to me and sounds expensive if I make a mistake. I'm glad that it works for you, but I don't feel like dropping another $80+ on top of a new setup when the Phoenix liners are supposed to be pretty good.

selling my large xjsados now because they feel awful compared to my 11.5 varsities. solos gave me bad pressure points on top of my foot from that side buckle. do not like ufs classic thrones. the backslide plate is angled too far behind the h-block and causes me to have to completely change how i royal for a really solid lock. Do not recomend them personally. don't get me wrong i used to love my spizer thrones but going back to thrones for me now would mean having to completely re learn most of the grinds i do. you may want to try them out first just as a friendly recomendation.
Something to consider if small shells are still an option: I could fit size 11 puma replicat IIs into small shell with virtually no toe hang.
The Phoenix liner is great Eddie. I tried both the Trust and the Phoenix liner, and the Phoenix liner is much better imo. I downsized to an S shell with the Trusts, but then you get the problem that the shell is to narrow. So I'm back on the M shell with the Phoenix Atop liner. Just with my normal size. Atop is a great system, but the normal Phoenix is great to!
