Intermediate level?

I skated for the first time a couple months ago, since then I've been skating everyday. I've been using my brother's Bladerunners (recreational skates) and I want to go faster and get better. I know for sure that I'm buying K2 F.I.T 78s. I'm thinking about getting a pair of the Roces Big Cat later on. I haven't found any reviews and I want to know if anybody has the pros and cons to them? I'm wanting to do a little bit of every style of inlining.

They haven't been made in probably over a decade and coul be very difficult if not impossible to find.
