    Default Varsity tounge problem

First at all i really like my Varsitys and it was the best idea in the last 5 years of rolling to switch back to softboots.
But there is one little anoying thing. The tounge is moving arround, it doesnīt matter how tight i lace it up, itīs moving arround. Has someone ever made a mod to add some padding to the tounge?
Next step, red soulplates, wheels and white instep strap

the tongues on my Varsity's sometimes slide down a little, but never go side to side. I tighten the buckle maybe 5-6 clicks, and tighten the instep strap as tight as I can get it. I tighten the laces all the way from the bottom to the top as tight as they'll go.

I also use a gel heel insert, maybe that helps a little, I don't know. I've never skated the skates without the insert.

And, haha, I find your Varsity's to be pretty ugly set up that way and cringe at the thought of you adding more red to them. The Varsity's are ugly skates to begin with, so who really cares?

I love kids. They're short, highly emotional people who don't know anything. They rely on their creativity and imagination to get by in the world. A world, I might add, filled with giants. Amazing feat.

hmmm... don't have that problem with the new varsities. take a pic that shows a front view of the skates. maybe you could stitch on a tab to the tongue and slide the laces through to better ensure that it stays put
