I wouldn't jump on this because of JJ Abrams. That guy just helps shit get made then walks away: Lost, Fringe, etc. The true showrunner for this is going to be the guy that created Supernatural.
This isn't meant to bash anyone, but kind of deter comments like Ben's. This doesn't have the writing cast from LOST attached to it. I'm not super familiar with Supernatural, since it's not really my thing, but they seem to have a tighter narrative on that show. Though I'm guessing this show will be very episodic before it starts focusing on its overall mythology, like Fringe, and from what I understand, Supernatural.
