Back when it was out, several people from around here got Grindhouse to give them a refund because they complained there wasn't enough skating in it...

I suspect it's full of Korte hitting on bitches and clips of the team drinking... Have only seen Legacy which was said to be a failed remake of it...

I had the VHS of the tour video, and have the DVD of LEGACY. I might have the VHS, but no VCR.

I honestly can't remember anything about LEGACY, should probably watch it to see if it's any good at all, at all.

When I got this video, I was hoping for something similar to Coup De Tat. At first I was like

Then I cess slided through 2 pairs of USD thrones and I still could never do them like Latimer and Sagona in this video. Whenever I skate a huge vertwall, I always try those spinny cess things...they are so difficult to do well.

The cess slides in USD Tour from everybody are so damn sick. Quarter pipe to wallride land back in cess, Walt Austin's 'clack-clack-clack' on that ATL ledge, spinny ones all over the place...

Monday you really have to see this and expect way too much B-roll along with the best, most stylish skating of all time.

Feinberg on that rainbow ledge was awesome.



I should watch Legacy again too. I don't remember what that video was about, but it was a little weird.

don't want to do youtube since they check for music rights. i'm ripping it to iphone4 format now, which will hopefully result in a smaller file. i'll upload it to vimeo tonight if it's under 500mb.

I should watch Legacy again too. I don't remember what that video was about, but it was a little weird.

The 'a little weird' was that almost every song was Madlib/J Dilla(but they had to buy rights), and some of the sections were submitted with obviously different cameras used and varying attention to filming, but Rachard, Dem George, Sagona and Feinberg all have great sections, there's a Gonzo section, Evginvyfy Levonov and Carlos submitted sections, some good Hooi footage and I don't even remember who else. Some nice retrospective sections with footage from Coup de Tat and maybe other sources. Enjoyed it, and it was very 'pro' and had that good Joe Navran feel.

I remember when this video came out, and how bad I wanted it. I was only ten at the time.
Long story short, got mom to buy it from skatepile when they were around, and Erin Hyser blew it for me by warning her not to buy it for me.
