i'm the lucky asshole that won them for $58. and i paid, but you relisted them. why is that? you didn't have a reserve and set the opening bid low. if you wanted to get more for them, you should've started the bid higher. that's ebay 101.

I agree that $58 is super low for these, but he should've set a reserve, and when they ended up selling, should have honored it.
On the other hand, if you want a pair of the Pros in size 12, I'm selling them for $100.

can't report it because he has the right to relist them. which is messed up seeing as how you have to go through all these confirmations before it becomes an active listing. but it's well within his right. but you're right, no reserve and low opening...that's on him. i wasn't the only one bidding, i just happened to win. we'll see what happens now i guess. if he gets another low price like he did last time, is he going to relist them for higher? again, no reserve and relatively low start price.

so i won this item again for about the same price. and what does the seller do? yep he relists the item. talk about shady and not honoring his word twice. now the bid starts at $100 and buy out of $125. why didn't he just list it this way the first time? nobody bid on this item. dude is up to something.

yeah i really didn't think they would sell for less than a hundred. im really sorry about the confusion. i probably missed it or the reserve is no longer an option on ebay. im surprised none of you noticed my second flaw which was that i set the buy it now at $125 and said if the skates go over 130 ill throw in the sz 9 white sox liners for free. i truly am an idiot. either way, if somebody buys them for $125 ill throw in the white sox liners. im not up to anything, i just suck at selling.

i won this item TWICE and both times you relisted. come on man. ebay hasn't gotten rid of the reserve option. it's there, you just have to read through the steps as you're filling out the auction. i use ebay all the time and i use that feature quite a bit. i messaged you a few times about the item and you only got back to me once. only after i won it both times for the same dollar amount and half way through the third posting of the item. you said they were new but looking at the pics, the buckle and soul plates are scuffed and have wax on them. you can't post them as new. and regardless of what you're throwing in if the price gets to what you want, i doubt anyone from here will buy it for what you're wanting now. especially after what all has been said in this post. just venting, but good luck selling your item. i wanted to buy it, and i did, both times. you failed to honor your end of the deal. bad business. /thread

Actually, the only time i skated them was in GA with sizemore at the skating rink/park. the buckles are not stock so they are a little worn but the entire skate is brand new. the souls are white and its pretty much impossible to make them absolutely white again, even after only a couple hours of skating them. im not mentioning the liners in the auction unless the buyer asks for them. i wasted so much money and time on these skates. even worse, in all 10 years of my be-mag experience this is a first being called out for an ebay auction. i always have great luck selling skates on there but ssm's dont sell. either way, no hard feelings.
lol but they sold TWICE. and if you skated them, then they're not new. your listing says they're new. and how is the buyer supposed to know to ask for the liners if you haven't mentioned it? i'm just trying to help you sell these things, by buying them...if you're willing to honor your committment the first two times. as far as your 10 years of be-mag experience, i can't comment on. your join date isn't 10 years old. but you could've been using a different name. i can say that yes, i called you out on an auction, but anyone on be-mag would've done the same thing considering how you handled the sale both times. nice name drop by the way. i've skated with Sizemore a few times too. not trying to be an asshole, like you mentioned in your first post, but i think this warrants it.
