Default Best Wheels frames and bearings for a heavy guy!

What's up guys just wanted a few opinions I'm a 21 year old 6ft 17 Stone half muscle half blub haha

I was wondering what are fast frames and good bearings and what wheels are best for not wearing down because I have just purchased a pair of Shima7s that came with the 4x4 shima wheels abec 3s and Hi-Lo's the wheels were quite soft I believe I like the look of-

    50/50 Livingston frames
    Kizer elements
    Fluids

wheels are wheels to me just dont know weather to get 89A or 90A or whatever that means

and good decent bearings that will keep me rolling

All suggestions and advice is really appreciated

Well 89A or 90A refers to how hard the wheels are, the lower the number, the softer the urethane, and the higher the number, the hard the urethane. I would think someone heavier would want to use harder wheels. Something to think about would be skating flat, because it would spread the weight out on 8 wheels as opposed to 4 wheels. So I would go for Eulogy or UC with higher hardness. If you're going to roll flat, you need a good flat frame, so Id recommend Create Originals, Kaltik flat, and Kizer Slimlines. Kizer Elements would hold up really well because they are made of aluminum. As for bearings, get something with a higher ABEC rating than 3.

denial wheels are AWESOME! they're 92A hard, so they will hold up well. also they're quite big (59mm).

I can speak from experience on this, haha. I would skip pretty much everything made by Labeda or AEND (so Denial, Scribe, M1, Shredweiser, and Fester; and STAR and Undercover, respectively), I've just seen too many chunks, decores, splits, or eraser-like fast wearing from them. Which pretty much leaves Eulogy- you'll probably want the Rowe as it is the biggest and hardest wheel they have.

You can also go for the "throw a ton of cheap wheels at the problem" route, with cheap stock wheels or one of those big boxes of Faces from eBay (I think those are all gone though).

Those stock wheels on the Shima7's blow, the inners will start decoring within your first few sessions.

As for frames, I would stay away from Featherlites, as they tend to wear pretty fast, and Mooks, as they're a little fragile. Pretty much everything else will be ok. You could also do the "throw cheaper stuff at the problem" thing with stock/older frames... the Valo frames are surprisingly good and you can sometimes find great deals on older Fluid3's.

Yes looking for some good old 90s wheels from ebay is maybe the best option.

UCs are very fast and grippy, but something is wrong with the cores (bearings falling out after a while for example)
Eulogys ride nice, but for me they always wear down quicker than nearly every other wheel, seen now on my 2 weeks old eulogy haffeys...
Would be really interested how the new Eulogy Material are compared to these..

    And get some valoframes, SOLID!

50/50 cores are some of my favorite frames, nice length, hblock, and are never gonna break on you

for bearings pretty much everything you can get in the skateshop is the same, i'd look for some ILQ bearings for rec skates, hold up much better usually

if you are not using bones super swiss 6 or a bearing with ceramic balls then it doesn't matter what you are using coz its all the same shit out of china.

The new famus with Iron core are super fast and grippy ! 61mm 90a or in 57mm too. They re only made for park and remind me the best wheels ever made : Cozmo !!
Iron core isn t made for street skating... And they re more expensive ( around 50€ for a set)
