Problem rendering AVCHD in sony vegas pro 9.0

Whenever I render in this the rendered product looks awesome, but some of the clips stutter and plays in a lagging slowmo or looks fast forwarded. Anyone know what may cause this issue? It's wasting my time and annoys the fuck out of me not to use what makes my footage look the best...

Hard to guess with such vague explanation. Check if you are exporting in the same framerate that clips are recorded in. If that does not help, upload a clip and let us see what's up.
