Your best bet is to hit up the Facebook group "Swedish Rollerblading Org.": https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/swerollorg/

Most of the Swedish rollerblading scene seems based around Stockholm and Malmö, with offshoots in Eskilstuna (zeroonesix), Linköping and Norrköping, which are all south of central Sweden. There are a few guys doing it in Bollnäs, but I haven't heard of any rollers from the north of there... Worth a shot though!
