hell yea, pull ups are the shit. in high school the locker room had a thing across the whole ceiling, so i was doing pull ups during PE and before and after practice. need to get back into that grind

i started riding my bike a lot in the past two months, and reduced my carb intake, so i lost some belly fat. however, i'm weak and don't have nearly enough stamina. skating for an hour and a half in the heat these past few days almost killed me. but i do feel better.

0, fuck pushups, id rather save that energy for skating...this is why I'm built like a stick-man
I do situps and roll my back out in a big foam roller, get that core strong.
