    Default Skating low shit

    Ive come to the conclusion

Anything that is lower than my knee, is not fun to skate. AT ALL

unless theres something crunk going on like a gap to it or gap out or something else that makes it interesting, i fucking hate skating low shit

i just came to that conclusion today skating at the RWC park. The prail there is like shin high, and i was terrified to skate that thing

The new prail at amall is silver creek high, and i have no fear skating that

is it just the inability to catch your self on low things or what? im sure there are others that share this same sentiment

Low shit scares me. I've only ever really hurt myself on stuff around knee high or lower. I feel much more comfortable on high stuff, as well.

I love kids. They're short, highly emotional people who don't know anything. They rely on their creativity and imagination to get by in the world. A world, I might add, filled with giants. Amazing feat.

i think brady said something along these lines back in the day:

shit without stairs is also terrifying.

especially missing an AO trick, fuuuuuck that

yeah any time i screw up grinding on low stuff, i just fall all over the ground cause there's nothing to grab on to to stop yourself from falling. also probably has something to do with the fact that your knees aren't as bent as they could be if you were grinding something like waist high.

also it looks fruity as fuck to everyone else.

pretty much every skate park I've ever been to.

Skateboarders love that foot high or less shit. Hate being really tall, its mad hard to catch myself and I usually end up eating shit.

You guys really have to catch yourselves? I guess you could just get better at skating

I'm quite the opposite. Since it's easier and safer to do tricks on p-rails, and you'd be an idiot to disagree, I like skating them more than real rails I can get hurt on.

I mean, doesn't this look like fun?

At one point there was a rule: anything lower than your knees doesn't count. It seems like a bunch of "pros" forgot about that rule.

Disaster over the wall to back roy. Shirt + Pants = $11.50 US new.

low shit has always been fun for me- because it takes less effort to get on the object it makes tricks easier to do. doing lots of tricks=fun to me. I don't care if it "counts" or if its "pussy" or whatever- it's fun.

trying to get clips it's a different story. Then yeah- if it's low than ideally it should be cool- kinked, really curved, ledge transfer, creative tech type stuff.

but I do think it's entirely possible to get buck on a low ledge. Andrew Jacuzzis ender clips in regardless were incredible and I've been to that ledge- it's waaaaay below knee high.

i cannot do topside tricks for shit on low stuff. the higher i need to jump, the easier topsides become.

I also hate low stuff. It's not fun at all and not to mention dangerous...like feet towards the sky and head down to the ground dangerous. When I was younger I was able to sit down on any grind whilst grinding curbs. Can't do that now, been out of the grinderblade game for too long. As for topsides, low ledges are really tough but then again, I've never really been a top-sider on ledges. I just hate knowing that my foot can slide off, leading my hip into ruins.

Doesn't matter to me, low or waist high it's fun to me. I don't like grinding over stairs, you guys are nuts if you think falling over banks is worse than falling over stairs.

Oh and... who created that rule and where's it written at?
