    Default Trust Special Ops liners

Just what the title says, this seems stupid for a thread but i feel be-mag needs this!!
these are the best liners I've ever owned and I would like to hear from you guys and your opinions on what you think of these liners.
I have been able to downsize my shells and enjoy the new found control and performance of a smaller boot with out any pain and also have eliminated nagging pressure points and blisters that I often experienced before, I can skate for hours now and no pain or fatigue like I've dealt with for many years before I got these liners! They are super comfy and just the shit!!
feel free to share your love for these awesome liners.

Well, I think they were a solid liner...I had them. I no longer have them as I traded them for a bunch of nimh stuff from my dude Casey. I had a 10 liner and tried it in some 8-9 cults and 8-9 SL. They felt terrible...Case told me because they are to thin for me, as I really like puffy liners with a lot of extra padding anyways like razors stock liners and jugs etc. The problem I had is they bring out a really bad pressure point on the outside of my foot, yes foot...my right foot right below my pinky toe is a little thicker than my left. Honestly they reminded me of blank liners in which have ruined a couple sessions for me, with the exact same pressure point. I think they mgh:t work given a different size, I doubt it though. Other than that they are probably the best designed liner I've ever seen.

Right on, yeah I think he's liking them pretty well. I really wished they worked...I seen myself skating those in my next couple setups but I soon found that that wasn't gonna happen haha, but yeah they are built really strong, just a little to thin for me. JH really nailed it though as far as quality, of course such a special kind of liner probably won't be right for everybody.

I love the liners, got a 8 in a 6-7 valo lights and they fit nice...

The Problem is that the Edges of the Valo Carbon Shell is cutting so bad into the liner on some points!! This def.sucks!!
I make the edges now a bit less sharp i think..

I think its working better in the old plastic shell..
Basza has the same problems btw..

damn dudes i was expecting great things but i guess they arent as good for everybody as they are for me, maybe it is certain skates they are good for and ones they arent but i got mine in some ssm morenos and they work very well with them i have a 12 liner in a 10-11 shell and they are super comfy and allow me to finally ride 10-11 shell instead of a 12-13 and even in the 12-13 i had problems with pressure points that i dont with these liners in a smaller shell

I have some size 9 in the 8-9 valo shells, they had some very annoying pressure points before but these fixed that. I'm loving these so far.

I think a lot of the reason people can't 'size down' (aka wear the appropriate size shell) is because skates aren't made to fit the foot well enough. Everyone's foot is different, so obviously a single skate wont fit everyone's foot, but the human foot has a certain shape (not as wide in the heel, widest at the ball of the foot, long to short from big toe to pinky) and skates are made more like shoes, ovals. No liner can fix that, no matter how good it is.

The best fitting skates (Xsjado, K2) have minimal plastic on them. Wonder why?

how would it fit in a pair of ufs thrones i wonder. i used to wear a size 12-13 but have found that i can actually wear a size 11-11.5 k2. would it be possible to get this liner in a size 11 and get them to fit comfortably in the 9.5-10.5 shell especially since most people recomend sizing up a shell size in them?

i dont see why not. like i said with mine im using a size 12 liner in a 10-11 ssm shell and they fit better than the stock liners and are much more roomier

    I really don't know how..

the heal wouldn't stay down no matter how tight i pulled the laces.
I did get a lot more toe room which was nice but the pressure points from other places were unacceptable so i only rode them for a few minutes.

Probably because our feet are shaped differently. 10's fit my feet perfectly in the shell and my feet are a perfect 9.5, so I'm guessing that helps as well.

    I'm a size 9.5 too.

but after contacting trust they told me to get the size 9 liner.
Yea our feet are different shapes but that still wouldn't account for the cuff digging in at the top.
I had pressure points on the top of my foot and a crazy amount of heal lift.

I just decided to put them back in the box so they will be ready for the carbon mod.

Thrones are shaped differently from Cults/Flats. Your shells are a bit bigger.

Damn...JH told you to size down? My feet barely fit into a size 9 and by barely, I mean I can get my foot in it, but I wouldn't want to skate in them. I don't have any pressure point problems or noticeable heel lift either. I believe that the 10's are higher than the 9's. They're both in my car right now so I'll check tomorrow. Did you ever try the 10's?

Oh, and please post a tutorial on ripping out Carbon liners. It's something that I've been contemplating.

nah i didn't try the 10's the liners stretch so much im sure a 10 would be too big.
