Hi everyone,
Thank you for your potential interest in Zeus Wheels and I am sorry I was unable to reply to your questions until now. I do understand that you might have some questions about the product so I will leave you some background.
Zeus Wheels started in 2008 as Zeus by Emilio Barillas with a vision to roll with passion all over the world. In 2008 we started trying MANY different companies to manufacture our wheels only to find that there is very little places that can manufacture a GREAT product. After many failures we found one success and in 2010 as we found a great composite for our wheels and released our simplest Zeus wheel and a pair of T-shirts that had no appeal what so ever. We wanted to see how the market was going to accept the brand and only four months later more than a thousand wheels where sold in nine different countries. Now we have expanded to 12 different countries around the globe and we have over 10 riders such as: Rick Rodriquez-CA, Franky Zhang-China, Ursa Verbic-Slovenia, to name a few.
Although we live in California we tried a different approach in the market and that was start our sales in Central and South America and work our way into the United States once we felt that the wheels had enough positive response. We are proud to say that we have sold more then 3000 sets and all of our costumers are happy Riders and this might be since the wheels are manufactures with a special Hot Core systemⓇ that is a heat resistant meaning that you can skate street on them in a very hot weather state and they will not core out. It took almost two years to find this balance on the composite since the main target was Central & South America. Like I said our company started to sell there because in those countries the weather is extreme and the streets are parks very rough- not like the nice ones we have here in US.
If any of you are interested you can find them in Aggressive mall, Rollerwarehouse, Bakersfiesskateshop, SDSF and if you are attending BCSD you can find us there again and we will be happy to greet you there personally.
Go ahead pick a set up and let us know what YOU think.
