So today I was skating this weird rail, starts straight, curves 90 degrees, flat for about 2 meters, then theres a bar in the middle and about .75 of a meter left to grind. Anyways I farved the flat and curve, went to switch up to topsoul, fucked up and hit the inside part of my knee of the rail. That little bump that sticks out on the inside of the knee cap. Its bruised and swollen pretty bad.
So far I've taken anti inflammatory's, iced it, and applied Tiger Balm. I'm keeping it elevated (above my heart). Is there anything else to do to speed up recovery time or at this point am do I have to tough out? I plan on icing every hour for 10-15 minutes.
