    Default Belgium -help!

I'm arriving in Belgium later today to stay 5 nights in Brugge. I plan on making some day trips to Ghent and Brussles for sightseeing stuff, but I know there are a lot of great skateparks nearby. Park in Antwerp looks bananas. And Forward Freestyle appears to be nearby. But what am I missing? Are there some free outdoor parks as well? Anyone going to be in these areas over the next week? I've been traveling for about five weeks thru Europe and skating whenever I can. Here's hoping I get some good rolling in Belgium, if I can get my ass off the barstools! Thanks

Hello this is your tour guide speaking

Forward Freestyle is closed! It is moving to a bigger location; however in the same town there is True-spin which normally have bladers.. PM me your facebook and I can add you to some of skating fb groups

The good outdoor parks are antwerp (there is one small street park which is really nice and a huge bowl park.. it's enormous).. Also there is hasselt which is arguably the best outdoor park because it has everything ( huge street course and a bowl)..

Brussels is quite dead skatepark wise and there aren't many good spots.. It really wouldn't be worth the long trip from Brugge just to skate..

Also there are smaller parks in Mechelen, Halle and Leuven..

Bladerwise the only one you'd be garanteed to find bladers at is truspin.. Usually there are small sessions and people coming up from lille and brussels

Yeh I forgot a whole load of stuff

There is an indoor skatepark in antwerp called Fitopia but it's normally full of park rats

Also a big indoor skatepark called Zumiez but it's mainly skateboarders It's also near Coutrai (or kortrijk in flemish)

Also there is a big outdoor skatepark in Lommel as well!

All the outdoor skateparks I've mentioned all concrete

There is another really nice big big bowl in Oostende if ever want to hit the sea side and that isn't far from Brugge at all

What do you mean Brussels doesn't have any good spots? Never heard that before.

Thanks everyone. I'm going to be at True-Spin tomorrow when they open if anyone wants to session. Cheers! Ps I also skated Oostende...it was great. Tricky little bowl, but eventually got it figured out
