Superfeet are good for the arches and a lot of people like them. Not so comfy for the skating, but I put some padding under them to help with that. Rather expensive, though. You've got to try them on, don't just buy your perceived size. Your arch might be further forward or backward than normal.
Remember: "It is better to keep your [hands still] and appear stupid than to [respond] and remove all doubt."
