I think you're above that. Something similair happend to me and dude had it set up so he was pretty well protected. He ripped me 10Gs cash. I couldn't do anything about it, but at the end of the day everything was fine. I was right in moving forward instead of being hung up and costing myself opportuinity. Guy that ripped me is now in jail though.

If you had judgement, couldn't you garnish his wages from the new busines? Attach a lein on his home? etc?

I wouldn't go out of my way but anytime I drove by I would stop off and harass anyone who was there for your money. I wouldn't take their shit either and do it right in front of customers.

Correct, I received about a third of what was (is) owed before everything was sold off and closed up.
