I'm not in great physical shape by any means but I can still back royale a ledge above my waist, do all kinds of contortionist grinds and 540 on vert. Actually skating hard across the city is completely different to aggressive skating where you do a couple of tricks at a time and then hang out to watch a friend do a trick, then go again. Aggressive skating is more about having testicular fortitude and reactionary muscle strength than about stamina and cardio. For most skaters.

I received a package from Afghanistan today, a fairly used helmet in desert camo...a bit disappoint over wear and tear, but it's cool. I'll spray it in the woods.
