Default Shady Employers-New grads and the unemployed beware

Hey guys i just wanted to warn any recent college grads or guys who have lost their jobs in the shit fuck of an economy where a pair of usd thrones cost almost 400bucks. There is a company out there called Cydcor. they have a shit ton of branch of offices all over the US. They post openings all over Career Builder and monster jobs as Marketing manger or entry level marketing for ATT Direct Energy and more. Basically these companies are door to door sales. You work souly on commision and you compete with a shit town of other "Marketing companies" for the same people. Its a shady pyramid sceem company. WATCH OUT.

Yeah, you shouldn't warn people. If you're not capable of noticing the "subtle" hints at a pyramid scheme, you deserve to get fucked over.

100% commission sucks. I walked out on ADT the first day because of that. If it is actually legit, some people can make it work, but right now I need a fucking paycheck not the chance of a paycheck.

That company Cutco sent a bunch of letters to my friends and I about how easy and legit it was to make commission off of their stuff by selling to friends and whatnot. They even changed their name to Vector.

ha. today i went to this same thing for verizon. i get there and there is a group already in the room and a few of us are waiting outside. so some guys left the room after they hear its all commission and going door to door. so they tell us and we all left. biggest waste of my time going there.

Is that the banking type thing that's under Citigroup?

I got offered an interview by some random dude about 5 years back. Showed up to some three person group interview. Another dude interviewing with me was telling me how he bought this little club downtown and was getting ready to renovate it, so I was willing to see what this whole job was about, since this dude seemed kind of cool.

They wasted 40 minutes of my time showing me some video that you see on all those get rich quick commercials that play early in the morning. They didn't explain shit about what I would actually need to do. I even asked them what they wanted me to do, and they just said you'll make a lot of money.

I made plans for the second interview for a week later super early in the morning. Left a message on his machine about 3 hours before saying "fuck that pyramid scheme."

I got a call back about 6 months ago with the guy saying he wanted me to come back in for an interview again.
