Considerable amounts. Only convicted once, though. 6 months of drug tests monthly, 1 year probation, $75 per month probation fees, something like $250 in fines and court costs, about $100 for drug counseling. PTI (pre-trial intervention) got it taken off my record, but it's probably going to come back with this new felony that I got, unless they are mad lenient and let me do PTI for that too.
How: Got caught up in a street-sweep drug sting in the hardcore ghetto of The South Berg right after I turned 18. They only caught me with the sample, about 1 gram that I was rolling into a blunt, not the whole P, so I got lucky. They actually rolled up on me with a gun while I was twisting up a gar in my whip. I look up and that shit is to my dome. Bad scene.
so today me and my girlfriend were argueing and someone called the cops on us being loud..
So the cops come upstairs into my house, and into my room and arrest us
while we ask what we are being arrested for they are not answering us and telling us to shut up the whole time.
Then the cops just starts wondering around my house and snooping around without me letting him
he puts us both in a cop car and says WE SMELL POT, WHERES IT AT.. so I tell him. then they find it, let us out of the car.... and then I go back inside my house..

Never say a word. They can only used probable cause (the supposed smell of marijuana) to get into your living room area. Who let them in anyways? You shouldn't have told them where it was, because they had no right to search your shit. You fucked up, son. Lesson learned.
This shit happened to me once when they tried to raid my house without proper warrants. They didn't find a thing in my living room so they had to leave when we didn't give them permission to get in the locked bedrooms.

They said either they would need a warrant to search the house, which means no one can go inside my house till they got one, or I give them consent to look for it and then I get a fine of $200 or something..
But they didn't read me my rights when they arrested me, and whenever we asked why we were being arrested for ( before they knew about the weed in my room ) they told us to shut up and weren't going to tell us why we were being arrested..
if they just let themselves in, AND didn't read you your rights, get a lawyer and get that shit thrown out in court.
You got fooled by the oldest cop trick in the book. Those fucking pigs don't hesitate to lie. It can take over 24 hrs to get a warrant, sometimes longer, and they would not have even had enough probable cause for a judge to grant one. They also can't keep you out of your house the entire time, that is bullshit. Realize this: Cops can not be trusted. Try to talk your way out of it until it is obvious that you might be in trouble, then say nothing!
i only have basically gotten in trouble cuz of probation violation. shit was mad tight. i got lucky as fuck. they switched the place i dropped at to a different place that was mad dope. actually i got mad lucky. it was in like a 10x10 bathroom with a mirror on the right wall up untill the toilet with a sink on that site. the guy would stand in the far left corner, even if he was looking at the mirror it ended at the beginning of the toilet, so i could hover over the toilet basically. i'd set the cup down unzip my shit pull that out. (actually the thing i had was basically a whizznator but with a tube instead of a fake dick. shit was only 40 bucks) since he was on the left he couldn't see behind my hoodie, which i wore every time along with sweatpants, the bigger the better. couldn't see on the right side of the mirror so i just put it on the left and pulled this little tab and bam.

in all honesty the only reason i did it was because weed was the only thing between me and my friends. all our friendship was based on at the time. i had that shit on lock so i was never worried, had a friend who would always piss clean and that shit was all a wrap. looking back at it, i don't agree with it but it was pretty boss being able to fuck the system the whole time.
never got caught in my life, one of the reasons is I put my shit in my underwear, between the belt area and the boxer's elastics.
Works perfect and stealthy. 25 yrs old and still never got caught.
