I've seen videos on youtube of cali legal ar's. Their pistol grip stuck to the stock and mag release keys are funny. My M1A is Cali legal but with those rifles it just means it requires a muzzle break versus a flash hider and comes with a 10 round mag versus a 20 rounder.
These are the types of morons that are creating gun laws. They know absolutely nothing about what they're banning.

On a sidenote I trained with another (inferior) troop yesterday. Here's a friend of mine from there emtpying a mag. Filmed it while I was emtpy, my barrel was red hot after ending the session with 100 rounds non-stop full auto

Almost bought my Vortex today....
Went to the local sporting goods store to get some more bullets and primers. Shot 80 rounds of reloaded .308 yesterday. Went very well. But anyhoo, started looking at scopes and fell in love with the Ziess Rapid Zero reticle.... ended up coming home with a Ziess Conquest 4.5-14x44.
Richturd shipped out today I think. Looks like it's just Espen, myself, and the occasional Texas What It Do in this thread now....
