    lol @ how bad i did

    usually i'm a pretty good cook and can make food that i'm proud of
    fucking eggs are finicky though

    I tried to boil eggs for breakfast today and failed miserably. For some reason one of the eggs cracked and leaked out yolk that transformed to something that looked like yellow spaghetti...it was fucking gross so I trashed it all.

    trick to them is not using to much heat. I go for one notch below medium. Also add one tablespoon of water(not milk, it scorches) per egg. Once you have that perfected add a tablespoon of sour cream per egg as well, but master the basics first cuz the sour cream scorches as well. Flipping it just takes practice.

    You guys know you can make omelets in the microwave right?

    Just vigorously mix all your ingredients in a bowl (i actually just use a coffee mug lol), cover the top and nuke it for like 2 - 2.5 minutes (for 3 eggs). Poke through the center to make sure it isn't runny and you're done. Don't mic them for too long or your eggs will be kind of rubbery.
