Yeah, but he is a punk and tried to steal lunch money from an orphan or some other equally dispicable act so you should totally ignore him and deal with me....right?

Got these NImh V.2 skins and cuffs for free. 20 bucks for the frames. Only thing I changed is laced them on the inside.

not much of a setup since it's just a stock skate, but still...

They are about 70 mm now, I guess. The size L Kizer is a bit longer as my previously used FLT II in size M, so I could not fit them in properly (they came as 72 mm).

The frame skates surprisingly well on curbs, but it’s not much fun on rails. Kinda slow...

    Nice skate, toe-bee...

    Exactly what I was thinking...

I had this skate back in the day and I’m sure mine also had riveted cuffs...

    Amazing.
Did those come stock with removable cuffs or did you paint the screws on the back yourself?
And did the St9s come in 2 colors?
Cause I know the the ST 8s is the exact same skate but with brown lace tabs and not cut out on the tongue of the liners.
And the ST9 that I'm familiar with is a lighter tan and the lace tabs are the same light tan but have the same cut outs in the tongue of the liner.
I guess I just answered my own question.. Lol.
    Really great pics tho.

The st8s are actually a darker brown, whereas the st9s are more of a gray/sand color. I have also noticed that there are creamy st9s that came with light blue frames/souls and ones that came with whitish-tan frames/souls.

Yea, they did two runs of the '99 ST9, one had the baby blue frames and one had white frames.

The '99 ST8's are darker than the '98 ST9's. And there's more that's different between the ST8 and ST9 than just the holes in the tongue shank, the ST9 liners have a different, better, heat-moldable foam.

    Word.
    Thanks for that.
The ST9 liners always seemed like they would be better.
But I really love my ST8 liners even after like 7 months on them now.
