I assume you're referring to ledges/non circle stuff. Pointy angled/painted ledges with slight bevels and recycled plastic benches are way easy to frontside. Rounded off ledges/benches take way more effort. Also, skates with the wrap around souls that continue on the inside would be even easier.

Yeah I can UFO on ledges but I don't like how it looks because you can only drive away your feet, but not really bend your knees, and I am tall. I would love to do frontsides with bent knees like that:
