Bullets AREN' T bullets. The regular is setup like normal frames, the Hi-Lows is setup to be like a flat frame, since flat is better than freestyle and antirocker.bullets are bullets who caresI wish i had hi-los but i don't. Hilos and regular bullets feel the same to me. Except one is slightly easier to turn in.
