the plate is off white, it will never match the leather. the other plastic parts are shitty sunshine piss yellow cheap plastic. Dump the buckles and frames for higher quality products.

Good lord I need these. What color dye did you use?
Its not dye. Wasn't really feeling the whole process. I got Utrecht Design Markers in warm grey 50%.. just colored them in. The bottom plastic below skin is colored with silver sharpie. The design markers do not work.
You have to rub the color in so all the lines fade away. Im happy with how they turned out. The pic looks terrible compared to irl. They have many shades of each color so i took my boot in and tried little sample spots.

Drilled the holes today. Used the old Salo soulplates bolted to the VII souls through the UFS holes. Drilled through salos and through the carbon souls.
Used a countersink drillbit and woolah.
The souls are now tight as hell with the Salo boot and feel a lot more solid.
