I assume LORD BRIAN is going to have something to say about this. I used to go to the Chelsea Piers summer camp when I was 12. Back in the days when Lord Brian, Gustav (skateboarding), and Victor Calendar were counselors. I remember the days when the entire Chelsea Piers skatepark was blue.

So glad that they're building something new.

No it will not be crowded cause they charge a shit load of $$$, to get in.

I mailed the park's PR girl last month and asked her what the new park looked like, she wrote back and said "Oh it isn't a whole park, just one small bowl"....SHE LIEZZZZZZZZZ

I'm so psyched, it wont be open for at least another month but I'm gonna hit that shit up non-stop. I'm gonna be first one in line for a membership...it is right between where I work and where I live. :P
