FRIC 2007 – The Official German Championships

This year’s German Championships are very special. Some of the hottest events from 2006 unite and become one big festival. Be a part of the head-to-head runs at the Big Knock Out. Similar to the world soccer preliminary rounds you will have to battle every freestyle roller in your group. The top scorers qualify for the knock out rounds ‘til there are only two of them left to skate the finals. BKO prize money: 500€ Cash.

For the third time the Hammer Jam trophy is given to the roller dropping the days biggest hammer. So, even if you’re out of the BKO game you’re still able to win the trophy and get a 100€ bonus. Last but not least Ucon will look for the most creative trick. Use you brain combined with your rolling skills and you will be one well-dressed guy at the aftershow-party.

There will be amateur and pro groups for all the young guns and the adults (18+). International pro skaters from Europe and the USA (e.g. IMYTA Champion Nick Lomax, Mathias Silhan, Don Bambrick, Dre Powell and Nick Wood) will be present for the competition. After the prize ceremony we will show you at least two new international dvd releases, check the webpage for aftershow info.

The FRIC 2007 is presented by Grindhouse and supported by Chimera, Deshi, USD, Xsjado, Kizer, UC, Stygma, Sifika and Ucon, of course you’ll be able to get a lot of free stuff from all those companies.
