So.
This isn’t news or anything all that interesting, it’s just something I came across and wanted to share some thoughts on.
I’m on youtube. I type ‘Rollerblading’. I click on the Aziz Ansari/Human Giant rollerblading skit video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9q30Ce2vwE) to check out the comments, just to see if anyone has said anything funny.
Turns out no.
But it also turns out that this video with it’s near 600,000 views still has folks bickering and arguing about rollerblading being gay for 2 fucking years.
Just to remind yourself that you should never care or take offense to this argument/ opinion check out this link http://www.youtube.com/comment_servlet?all_comments&v=c9q30Ce2vwE&fromurl=/watch%3Fv%3Dc9q30Ce2vwE then grab the scroll bar and drag your mouse down, maintaining a steady pace as you watch the words wash up the screen like a inverted waterfall of stupidity.
Then when you hit the bottom take notice to the “next” button that will take you to the next page of comments, because this page is maxed out with 500 comments. Don’t worry, there’s only a mere 340 additionally stupid comments on the next page.
What a bunch of dummy poo poo heads. That’s what I think.
As an aside: I’m also curious why a rollerblader isn’t on the Red Bull USA team yet. Red Bull is like the slutty whore of extreme sports sponsorship, if there’s anyone remotely interested in what you’re doing (i.e. there’s a guy that video tapes you as you risk your life) they will give you buckets of money, crates of sugary energy soda, and a wicked case of the shits.
And probably some stickers too.
