Following is my meal plan from yesterday for pelope on the nutrition challenge. My goal in this challenge isn't necessarily to drop body fat, but to gain strength through muscle mass. I drink one gallon of milk a day for that reason. It provides an amount of calories (2400) and protein (128 grams) that would be difficult to consume only through food. Here it is:8:30am Omelet: 4 eggs, 1/2 oz of meat, 1/2 oz of cheese, 2 tbs of salsa; Shake: 1 cup blueberries, 4 strawberries, and 8 oz of milk.9-11am 32 oz of milkNoon 4 oz of chicken and 4 oz of cucumber12:30-1:30 32 oz of milk2pm 4 oz of chicken and 4 oz of cucumber2:30 4pm 28 oz of milk7pm 3 oz of deli Turkey8pm Salad: 8 oz of steak and 4 cups of lettuce/veggies9pm Shake: 2 cups of protein powder, 16 oz of milk
