Ok. To the guys who talk shit about everything positive.this is crazy. A company is trying to come out and you have people saying that they're begging for money. Is this the date of potential companies that want to be big. Adapt is small they want you stay small which is why they do hand made skates. When fila came out open arms we Thales shit about them so much that they scrubbed a million dollar product which was the first ufs that never made it. Same thing when Nike talked about making skates. We must be able to think about the bigger picture and stop thinking withinor small comfort zone. What happens id this company finally comes out and does everything right and makes it where the money comes back in. then everyone will be on this company's nuts. Butt with some of the way you guys think, that'll never happen. Skateboarders can talk sure ask they want, let's not duo it to each other. Ps. When you but skates, you're paying for that company to produce skates, only difference is you're paying 300+. Asst least here it's just 100

The comments are always entertainng on here. If everybody was such an expert on rollerblading then there would be 10x times more successful companies out in this industry.

If you have to beg online for startup funds, you are not in a position to be starting a company. end of story

@LoganCC: what does the trailer park boys have to do with a skate company coming out. Nothing. that's not useful information. @ Humphrey. No one can bring Salomon back except the company that bought them out for 680 million dollars.

I see this as an opportunity. I wish i had the money when google first came around cause they did the same thing, now look how much money their share holders make. Are you guys gonna do the whole powerslide thing and make products for every sector of skating. Wish i could have given seedmoney like the millionaires that helped start Microsoft. I'll give my 100 just to see something new in the industry. Hopefully my bit will help.

Dear Psyconic & Switch_Bcn,

Thank you both for your comments.

Yes, we have raised private capital and have multiple investors who are very interested. Aside from the tradional ways of raising capital and kickstarter, we wanted to reach out to our inline community.

We will release more information once we start the tooling process.

Best Regards,
Reverse Sports

Had you thought about earning the money first, rather than asking one of the poorest, tightwad demographics in extreme sports for a handout? What's your business plan? Are you planning to ask for money for every range of skates you produce? Had you considered a partnership with Epoch frames and Catalyst wheels? It feels like you're trying to get your potential customers to do all the hard work for you.

If you guys haven't already done this, you may want to look in to using kickstarter.com to help generate the funds needed to help you get in to production.
