Check out one of Europe's biggest concrete skateparks that is located in Belgium. The skatepark is known for it's mellow rails and the curbs. It has a strong local scene which is ripping up the skatepark as soon as it's dry.
You can also skate the park until late at night since it is lighten up all over.
