There is ton to skate at this place. There is the main drop flat rail has been skated by a few people. Rachard Johnson in 4 2 aka F.O.R. 2 AKA Future of Rollerblading 2 does a nice true top soul keep spinning 360 out with a broken wrist. Quinn Feldman hit an ao soul revert cab out. And most recently Franky Morales hit a top soul with a steezy 540 off in the outro of the ONE video. The handy is nice with sort of weird run up and although the drop is not huge if you don't make it over those two lower ledges you are going to be in a "world of hurtin" There are also different ledges and weird obstacles up in this area to hit but they are hard in there each unique way you just have to look for them.
Moving on more towards the end of the building you will notice these little 9 stair down rails with a flat ledge extension at the bottom of them which are scarier than they look but have a lot of possibillities. If you walk to the back of the building there are two up ledges which are super fun, they start low and get about 5 feet high at the end. They have been waxed up but bring wax anyway because it never hurts.
In the alley there is one decent but about average flat ledge to hit but right around that corner is the famous kink rail that has been done by only a few people worth mentioning first is Ryan Northway who laces top porn on the first flat hop to the next flat back roy 270 out in the second Intuition video Illumination. Also Brandon Scutti (RIP) who laced a top of tricks on this thing but my favorite is top porn the whole rail to transfer ao top porn on the ledge. There is another up ledge after that with a stunt transfer that goes up pretty high and finally an awesome but very difficult obstacle on the corner which is the sign only been done once by Tory Tresender and it is tough. roll up to top soul across the first ledge to transfer top soul down the ledge in steal this video. Over all great spot, you can spend hours there. They also have this super waxed two inch high curb we also always end up skating in the drive way. It's a lot of fun.
