Some nice line ledges...
These line ledges have not been in any video and if your hitting Balboa Mediacal Center or North Hills Plaza Banks then you might as well skate these ledges because all three of those spots are with in 30 seconds to 2 minutes of eachother depending on if you get stuck at a red light or not. Ledges are pretty good but wax is always needed. You can skate them from the high side or the low side.
