The first time I remember seeing this epic low rail was when Roadhouse did a 270 backroyale on it in VG4. Since that time it has been in most if not all San Diego sections or videos. The dick got cut off a few years back and since then if we are ever in Chula Vista this is the warm up spot. This rail is so low that it can be tough to judge but once you skate it you will agree that it is a fun legendary spot.
