Although this looks like an awesome ledge which it is there are some downers that you have already overlooked in the picture... ACF
The ledge itself and it's curve are awesome and that is what makes skating this ledge worth it. What is not great about this ledge is that it can ofter be a bust but even worse is the run up. Hitting the ledge on the right is really hard because your run up is starting in the street or across the street. Hitting it from the left side is a lot better. You still have to start in the street but the street you have to start in is not a main street. Your landing is onto a side walk and then a busy street so watch for cars. On top of that is its very muddy almost all the time no matter the time of year. End of the day it's worth hitting your clip on but it can get frustrating for the above reasons.
