This spot although hard is perfectly set up...ACF
The flat rails at the beginning are only about 2 1/2 high and then get higher at the end before you have to transfer onto the scary steep stair rail and of course land perfectly to avoid the wall in the landing. There is also a small gap here into the parking lot so if you wanted you could do a line here.
