Lots of stuff here but something wrong with everything...
This spot does have tons of stuff to skate but there are little issues with every obstacle like cars in the way or bad run up or cracks but we rollerblade so all this can be solved real easily.

Bring Wax
You can get kicked out here sometimes but usually you are in for a good skate. Even if they kick you out, you can still come back and probably not get kicked out the second time. Basically they don't enforce much as far as I know.
