Right in the heart of downtown Toronto is a wood skatepark thats gets set up every summer. The ramps are usually pretty good but the mini ramp is definitely the best part.
The layout changes from year to year, but it always has a good mini ramp, a few grindboxes, and a rail or two. The mini ramp is probably the best wooden mini ramp in the greater Toronto area. The park is build on a concrete surface.
