Once again the 3.000 square metres venue of the Area51-skatepark in Eindhoven, Netherlands, provided an action park mecca for some of the world’s best Rollerbladers during the 2012 edition of the Winterclash.
Saturday September the 3rd, Lausanne, Switzerland. It's time for the skaters to get qualified! Amateurs and girls had the chance to skate under the sun, but for the pros it wasn't the same, the rain came as a trouble maker and only 2 of 6 heats could skate. This edit by Adrien Anne is worth watching nonetheless!
According to our Be-Mag filmers and photographers Beat Schillmeier killed it all day. Due to rain setting in 10 minutes after the pro comp started the contest was evacuated into the skatepark of Lausanne. We'll see how it goes from there and what the bad weather means for tomorrow.
Claudio Antonelli just sent a few snaps of riders warming up for the contest. Beat Schillmeier seems to feel the obstacles that were added for the comp.
The #1 gratification for doing these street comps is recognizing the great talent the rollerblading world has to offer. Achosen-Few likes to personally recognize the talents of each of the top 3 competitors from all the Chosen Few competitions this year. Curtains up for Tyler Hester, Anthony Luna, Russell Day, Cyril Daniel, Daniel Henderson, Lucas Landthaler, Arsenio Patterson, Mark Wojda, Shane Thompson, Eugen Enin, Beat Schillmeier, Iain McLeod, Alex Burston, Michael Braud, Dylan Hopp, Bartek Zgrzeblak, Jon Erickson, Chris Murphy, Jose Henriquez, Dan Mclaren, Robin Weber, Russell Dineen, Tom Burch, Jon Fromm, Bartek Kasprzycki, Pat Curran, Blake Taylor, Cameron Card, Elliot Stevens, Danny Figgz and Stephane DeFreitas.

There is one great satisfaction I had when I finally got to watch the Rolling Rock DVD: I did so on an actual TV screen, and not on my shitty laptop as usual. I had only one regret: the fact that my TV screen isn't even bigger!
The Swiss comp in Basel was the smallest event I have ever had but the quality of talent was high. One of the important things about these street comps are to do something big for each skate scene. This comp had a small turn out but we had some of our youngest competitors. 3 skaters who were only 15 years old we're skating along side guys like Beat Schillmeier and Diego Guilloud.
I decided to hold this session a month ago because I did not see a lot of people since Winterclash and Try2Roll. I usually meet my friends from Stuttgart and Munich very rarely, too. A good movie and the facts that Marco Baltrokko is about to become a father, Highspeed Manu moves together with his long-time girlfriend and Daniel Rothenberger just got 30 years contributed in the title: Old Men In New Parks.
X-MAS BATTLE ROYALE, 16. Dezember, Winterthur Switerland. Check out the Welcome Edit!
I have spent 2 and a half years working on this on and off. I thought it was going to be my last standard definition video but because of serious injuries I had to mix it up a bit. I wanted to release it before the new year and start fresh for 2012. -Quinn Feldman
It was a hot Sunday session trick wise and weather. A bunch of skaters came out as usual for the our annual first Sunday session in the 90 degree heat of Montebello California. Skaters like Chosen Few pro rider Beat Schillmeier, Rachard Johnson, Coco Sanchez, Julian Bah, Jeremy Soderburg, Frankie Murcia, Joey Jaime and many others were out enjoying the session.
The Raiffeisen Lausanne Street&Bowl contest took place between the 1st and 4th of September. This year's event program not only included the rolling competition itself, but also a lot of side-events such as waterjump sessions, 80's Rollerdisco, night rolling sessions etc. If we have to pick an edit of the day, this one probably takes the cake!
This is the first Rolling Rock video ever released, featuring all current team riders from the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Profiles on Adrian Deck, Claudio Bohli, Beat Schillmeier, Reto Bürgin, miniviews on Ramon Wüst, Roger Sutter, Jan Nachbur, Michael Pfeiler, Benjamin Wehrli & Jimmy Phay.
Just in case you missed out on some ill hammers you can get a quick recap here. Freshies for the homies.
Check out this sweet edit of the infamous Bulle High in the Park Contest. Lots of skaters showed up and delivered some big tricks. Enjoy...
Beat Schillmeier took the A Chosen Few contest in Basel (Switzerland). Mihai Bivol was on site to capture the madness. Enjoy.
Switzerland's street weapon, Beat Schillmeier, in action. Check it out.
I don't know what it is with Switzerland but this small country in the middle of the Alps keeps on producing so of the finest European skaters and boosts a healthy skatescene. This trailer is proof of the ongoing process.
A chosen few comes up with some new "A day in our lives"-sections from talents like Eric Miller, Beat Schillmeier, Claudio Bohli and Stanislaw Bondarik.
