My name is Chris Couture, im a freestyleroller from Kalamazoo Michigan, USA. I am 23 years old and have been skating for 12 years. My Current setup are some amazing Remedyz 072's with some solid red fifty-fifty core balance frames.
Over the last year while filming for several films in the southern California area I have accumulated several hours of footage of some of the most breaking edge skaters in this era. This is the story of the skaters that did not get a video section. Though working just as hard and proven it by the amazing skating caught through these lenses. Battling injury's through tour's and time's ageing at our skill. This is the documentation of their triumphs... -Max Manning
"Hope Dies Last" is a rollerblading video that I have been working on for the last two years. This is my senior and final effort. Featuring profiles on Chris Couture, Tony Barrios, Cody Boulay and Jon Fromm. As well as skating from Jake Cawley, Eric Laban, Brian Weis, Garret Mitschelen and many more. "Summer In The Zoo" is a video (filmed by Ryan Grau, with help from other contributing filmer's, who will be listed in the credits) made from all of the clips captured last summer, and some of this summer. This video features profiles on Chris Couture, Markus Graham, Nate VonDeak, Chase Maser, Ryan Grau, and a shared section featuring Brian Weis & Mikey Blair which you can view below. This will be a online movie, with one section put up a week. After that will come the intro, and credits / bloopers & falls. Also a montage will be put up somewhere in the middle, with a lot of Michigan Bladers, skating KZoo, and wherever else. Ryan will also be putting this on DVD if anyone is interested.
