So we arrived in Eindhoven after a cold two and a half hour journey from Forward Freestyle. With the Fenfanix team in tow we checked in at the Holiday Inn and went to the nearest "food outlet", which is code for McDonald's. Once everyone had unpacked we proceeded to the Winterclash skatepark Area51. They have built some amazing obstacles for the contest. We grabbed some clips of our riders Diego Guilloud, Antony Pottier, and Romain Godenaire just throwing some steeze around the place before the real warm up session tomorrow. Check it out!
The second day of the Fenfanix Road to Winterclash Tour started off with everyone waking up on air mattresses to the sound of Rob Pruett’s hair dryer at 9 in the morning. He was attempting to heat up the room at Forward Freestyle Skatepark after our space heater stopped working in freezing cold Belgium. The team eagerly got ready to blade quickly though. On our way to the ramps, more Fenfanix riders arrived. Diego Guilloud, Julien Cudot, and Antony Pottier came in with a bang and woke the rest of the house up. Everyone was game though and we started an early massive private session.
Some Fenfanix riders arrived in Amsterdam late last night. Everyone was shocked about the frigidly cold weather since it was -9° C outside. But that didn’t stop us from immediately getting started with the good times by hitting up a bar in Leidsedam, Holland with the crew. We chilled and discussed the upcoming week over a few pitchers of beer. We all had a laugh and got excited about everything to come on the road to Winterclash with the Fenfanix crew.
The “Italian Bladers Connection” was founded in the early winter months of 2011. When a group of friends was on their way to Winterclash, they figured out they had to do something about the small, but rather strong scene from Italy. They decided to put all Italian blader contests and events under the same banner. Lucas Brandi, Jason Adriani, Nicola Fiorenza, Pietro Firrincieli and Marco Valera shared their ideas which led to the creation of a layout for the championships, which turned out to be a great success.
How could I begin? First of all, I hate to write so I’ll make this fairly brief here: When I’ve heard about the project "Buildt It, Blade It!", I immediately thought about something that could be used in different ways. So I went to a pub with a friend and we began to think about what could be the best way to contribute. After a couple of beers I got this idea: two short boxes and a small part that you could put under it to have some kind of triangle box, or a jump ramp or whatever.
Just down the avenue from the Champs Elyssées there is one of Paris' finest curbs. I discovered this spot by accident some time ago. This summer I finally came back to the spot to film my One Minute One Spot right there. I was surprised I could skate that spot for at least half an hour without being chased by security. Hope you enjoy it.
Fallon Heffernan has had a long journey in life to get where she is today in rollerblading. Rolling literally saved her and she's now one of the top women rollers out there. ...and she can also give almost any pro male rider out there a run for their money. Be-Mag is going to be covering women's rollerblading more as we move forward so we're happy to bring you this quick check-in with Fallon that we did in Berlin last month at Winterclash.

Urban Kreation team rider, Maxime Genoud, is out parading around in the company's fresh new jeans. Reinforced with kevlar and made to feel extra stretchy, these threads are the real deal. Word is, they were designed by Leonardo Da Vinci to get that perfect blend of style and steez. I guess you'll have to check out a pair to see for yourself. As for Maxime, you an I both know that he'll put on anything and rip the street up real nice.
Check out Antony Pottier and Maxime Genoud shred for one weekend in Lausanne and try to get as many clips as possible. Enjoy.
