The Be-Mag production 'Traitement' by Jonas Hansson has been nominated for the Adventure Film Festival in Copenhagen, Denmark. The film will be competing with other adventure features like 'The Art of Flight', the most expensive Snowboard film ever produced, as well as the highly praised Mountain Biking piece 'LifeCycles', which also pushed production value for extreme sport flicks to new heights.

As I got to know Gabriel Hyden we were like 13 or 14 years old. We got in touch through a msgboard where he was more than just an active user. Back then everyone knew him as 'Gape' and lots of people made fun of him when he started his own clothing company back then. The first time we met up was shortly after that when we went on a two week skating vacation in Austria. There it happened, he fully got me.

These last years of portraying rollerblading has been a great gift of friends, adventures and learning. When you've been given such privileges as I had for this film, you want to give your very best. And I thank everyone involved for making this happen.
There are only a few rollerblading competitions in Austria. The Rollinz is by far the biggest of them all and gives rollerbladers all over the country the opportunity to meet and of course to battle each other in the nicest skatepark Austria has to offer. Rollinz 2011 went down on the 5th of March this year and the event lived up to everyones expectations and beyond!
I took some time off skating last year to heal my injury i had on my hip, this might be the first session i had in ages (including other skaters), and guess what fucking happened.. having skated a sesh for about 20 minutes, i got back my old inju...

Gabriel Hyden recently moved to Austria's capital Vienna. His good friend and old-school Be-Mag-coverboy Fridolin Eelbo was happy to welcome Gabriel in his hometown. This is probably the first edit of a full series coming to our home screens. Here you can see them shredding a skatepark and mutually pushing themselves to peak performances.

The International Razors Pro Team will be on tour through Germany from July 2nd to 9th. On July 8th Brian Aragon, Chaz Sands, Mathias Silhan and Stefan Horngacher will come to one of Western Germany's finest Skateparks, the Rheinpark Skatepark, located in Duisburg (Germany). The Razors Team is looking forward to meeting you. Austria's finest Gabriel Hyden will be joining the Razors Team on their trip as the tour filmer. He will make sure you get your clip with your Razors idols. So come out, say hello to the Razors Team and have a chilled and relaxed session with them. See you on July 8th in Duisburg!
To celebrate over a decade of Ground Control frames, comes the film to define a generation. The UK Premiere of the much anticipated Ground Control DVD, a film by local Simon Mulvaney. The premiere is on December 9th at the Rampworx Skatepark in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
