Some of you may already have heard about Rollfest – the annual gathering that brings polish rollerbladers together during one summer week at seaside resort Triocity. This year we celebrated the 10th anniversary of this crazy event which was special in every possible way. Since 2009 Rollfest was able to serve as a gathering for even more participants due to the Baltic Games festival, which is treated as the climax of the Rollfest. I can easily say that's the biggest and most prestigious skatepark contest throughout the year. With attendance of bladers as Alex Broskow, Erik Bailey, Fredrik Andersson, Alex Burston, Dre Powell, Nils Jansons, Mark Wojda, Fritz Peitzner, Josh Glowicki, Scott Quinn or Dominik Wagner – just to name a few – you can be sure to expect a show of highest levels!
The Baltic Games are an Extreme Sports Festival in Poland Gdansk, which is a nice city next to the Sea. Next to Rollerblading you can find Skateboarding, BMX, FMX and also some more attractions.
Some pretty decent skating went down in Gdansk, Poland this weekend. Check out the coverage of the finals on Freecaster.tv.
Baltic Games - the biggest and the most popular extreme sports event in Poland. Perfect seaside location and a massive skatepark attracts people from all over Europe to compete and fight for the podium. The rollerblading part will be again a part of the Polish Rolling League (www.polishrollingleague.pl) which assures the highest level of skating. If you are looking for a sweet place to go on holidays the Baltic Games is your number one destination!
Baltic Games is growing into a full size extreme sports event. With the likes of Phil Zwijsen, Alex Mizurov, Keith Walsh, Helder Lima and Didrik Galasso opening the starting list the skateboarding contest seems to be one of the best in Europe this season. Inline will be represented by some of the best riders in the world like Alex Broskow, Erik Bailey, Dre Powell, Dominik Wagner and many others.
