Contributors from Be-Mag come from all over the world. In fact, one of the aspects that make this media outlet so successful is the joint effort given from the rolling world covering every rideable inch of the globe. Aggressive skating, while seemingly non-existent to the pop-culture world, has grown in leaps and bounds over the past few years. The dynamic has changed in so many ways since the early 1990s that each aspect in growth of style, amplitude, technology, culture, etc. has gone through it’s own little piece of the overall revolution.
Here are few clips that were filmed by Jon Jenkins when Umberto Toselli came out to Arizona for a visit.
Most of you have probably never heard of Alec, but we're pumped to see new clips of him. Keep an eye out for this guy!
What was this, we don't even...? You know it's something outstanding if raw clips make it into the Be-Mag news section. Filmed by Jon Jenkins.
Adam Johnson is dedicated to blading, he lives it. We have the upmost respect for him, not only for running 2 companies in our industry, but sacrificing everything he has to produce some amazing skate videos featuring his closest friends. We caught up with AJ in Arizona during one of of his "laps" around the country filming for 'Pariah'. -James Johnson
Dominic Sagona's brand new pro skate is out now. Jon Jenkins and Paul John produced this edit for the skate's launch. Dominic Sagona does tricks in this edit. Click Play.
Chris Farmer is one of the most influential skaters in our industry. Chris is one of our favorite people in general, he's always respectful, and always genuine. Aside from his skating, we're happy to give you a glimpse into who Farmer really is. -James Johnson
Almost a year has past, and there's still no love in the heart of the city. Thanks to contributed footage from Austin Paz, Jon Jenkins & Joey Scannella... we have just enough to move on to the next one. -Adam Caroselli
Powerblading goes along with pureblading. The first day on my powerblade set-up felt like home right away. I truly feel like every blader out there should have a powerblade set-up in order to enjoy skating at its fullest. I felt a new kind of freedom with them. I relearned to enjoy skating itself. Just the feeling of rolling around became fun again. I had only 5 days with them for this edit but I know that there are so many things that can be done with these bad boys on. Welcome to this place where the word "Rolling" finds its meaning. Peace! -Mathieu Ledoux
Demetrios George is a skater who has paid his dues to be where he's at in our sport. When you put everything on the line for blading, sooner or later you're going to get knocked down. What really matters is if you get back up to try again. Demetrios is a skater who won't ever quit. -James Johnson
Every Thursday night Revolution throws a skate session drawing the likes of anyone and everyone in the area that likes to get down and roll. This session in particular spawned a super chill edit put together by Aaron Stine and Derek Stanton which features Kenny Scherf, Andrew Scherf, James Johnson, Jeff Dobkins, Jon Jenkins, Justin Runyon, Zared Yates, and Derek Stanton. Just another great example of how great the rolling community is. We get together, hang out, and skate simply because we are all rollerbladers.
