As 2011 draws to close, we can look back fondly on a year full of incredible edits. Hammers have been laid and creative lines have been laced. So while you’re recovering from the festive celebrations, crack open another can and have a look back at this small reminder. Here are the ten most popular videos from 2011!
AWESOME tour stop at Edinburgh on Thursday. Chris Doughty and his girlfriend Lisa hooked it up big time with the accommodation the night before. A bunch of people turned up for the stop and Bailey showed us all exactly what he's all about working the cradle and bowls and dropping a bunch of hammers. Everybody sessioned the park for 7 hours straight. Tuffnell is injured after falling 15ft onto his ass in Aberdeen. He is out of commission for the rest of the tour now.
It's been an eventful couple of days. We drove to Aberdeen on Tuesday in the daytime for the 6-10 session at Transition Extreme skatepark. Bailey worked the bowl while Leon murked the streetcourse. We went to a club in Aberdeen where Elliot got chucked out (/sneaked back in) 3 times. Aberdeen local Andrew Tough hooked us up BIG TIME with some apartments on the docks... heated bathroom floors and all the trimmings. Wednesday we managed to film 32 clips on one street spot thanks to Lomax, Elliot Stevens and local 'Gammy'...
Been at the Noiya Jam in Sheffield all day on the way up to Scotland. Success all the way. Lomax came first and our new rider Elliot Stevens came second. Going to Manchester tonight... more Noiya updates to follow...
The most important competition in Rollerblading is coming up pretty fast. As we have been supporting the event with our heart and soul since its foundation and as we have also been working closely together with the Team, we know how much effort and money had to be invested this year to push the event into the public. We highly suggest you to read the following lines coming straight from the Winterclash-Team.
Having a print publication to show off the sport to outsiders is as important to Blading as a page on the internet where everyone can get their daily dose of Rolling. Many people are contributing to Be-Mag each month to keep the project alive and make it the longest running source for Blading content in print and on the net. With the core team of Be-Mag doing it for the love – and all contributors also working for free – there are still costs that occur. Paying for the servers, programming costs, countless other things that result in a huge sum each month. Needless to say it costs a small fortune to print a large number of magazines and distribute it all over the globe.

A rugged and totally brilliant edit from The Conference UK. Whilst the lads are all busy filming for their separate projects, here are a few stray clips pieced together. -Oli Benet
