Bart Laubsch: One Minute One Spot

Berlin is huge and it seems there are spots everywhere, but only a few are cool for chill sessions and not only for shooting. One of them is this curb spot which just invites people to enjoy some long lines. Time to test this one… Berlins “super local” Bart Laubsch is skating since forever and even though it becomes silent around him once in a while he is still ripping it. If he feels like, he just pops out of nowhere and surprises the crowd as well as himself with new tricks or just impresses with his unique style and way of control. Time to give Germany's former “PIT Champion” a “One Minute One Spot”!

Jojo had some important meetings in Eindhoven last week and we met up with him at this year's venue to ask him a few questions about the Winterclash 2011. Bart Laubsch from Berlin accompanied Jojo on his short trip to Eindhoven and filmed him flowing through the venue. Jojo's good friend and Rollerblade Pro Sven Boekhorst also showed up to join the session. Enjoy!

Competition Report: Baltic Games 2012

Baltic Games – the fifth edition of the biggest extreme sports festival in Poland. It is a huge venture with a gigantic skatepark on an international level, plenty of invited guests, and bunch of different attractions for visitors. At the same time it is another great opportunity to show blading to outsiders in a good light. What can be said about the BG 2012?

Ben is a veteran in our sport, has pulled some of the burliest stunts, been around the block more times than even he can remember, and now in his wiser days he is putting enlightenment before excitement when taking a look at all that skating and life around him has become. With the relaunch of Chimera and a fresh start in Berlin he has stepped into a life of inspiration.
