Breaking News: Ignitionshop is closing

We are sad to bring you this announcement. One of our long companions in pushing skating is closing as of now. Ignition has been supporting Be-Mag since the very first day they launched. Thank you for all your support! We will also do a more in-depth story with ignition once the dust has settled.

Ignition City Guide Berlin by Dirk Oelmann

A City Guide is a simple way to introduce a new place and country to people who want to travel there. It gives them insight on the best of the best it has to offer from food, art, fashion/design and skate spots. At the beginning of last year I started to work on a Berlin guide for Ignition Skateshop. The first city guide I created was for Helsinki, Finland in my spare time while I worked in the graphic design department of my university. This was a fun side project for me when I studied there for six months on an exchange program in 2008.

Ignition session 2

On July 3rd the Razors International Pro Team visited Berlin. For that reason the Ignition team hosted their second session at the BMX Park Hellersdorf in Berlin. Quite a lot people came out to session that park together.

1st Berlin Ignition session

Here we go with the first Berlin Ignition session featuring Jojo Jacobi, Matthias von Gostomski, Andreas Wagenblast, Dominik Wagner, Dirk Oelmann, Sascha Krautz, Bart Laubsch and many more Berlin shredders. Big props for this first session. It looks like you had an amazing time! Keep up the great work.

Ignition roadtrip Linz (Austria)

Ignition embarked on a weekend trip to Linz (Austria) with Philipp Preuss, Chris Obermaier, Jojo Jacobi, Gabriel Hyden, Stefan Horngacher, Dave Mutschall, Andreas Wagenblast and Dominik Wagner. They all attended the RollLinz Contest that took place at the 24th of April. Patrick Piesik from Berlin put together this amazing flick documenting parts of the trip and the contest. Enjoy it.

Berlin Ignition Session

The first Ignition Session is going to be on the 8th of may. It will take place at the Ringstraße skatepark in Berlin. It's going to be the first of many following sessions this summer. We will host the session every two months in the best outdoor parks in and around berlin. During the winter, we will take the session to the indoor skateparks in the east of Germany.
